KINGFIX BODY FILLER Discription:
KINGFIX body filler mainly fill and repair on the substrate such as dents, door dings, crack, needle
shrinkage and weld, to meet flat and smooth before spray finishing coat. Widely used in
automotive repair, trainmanufacturing, boat building, car manufacturing, engineering
machinery, machine tools and equipment manufacturing, furniture, mold, concrete
buildings and many other repair fields.
Putty can be divided into auto repair putty, manufacturer putty, furniture putty, metal
putty(alloy putty),high temperature putty, conductive putty, filler, fiberglass putty, etc.
Typical Substrates:
Steel, Aluminum, Fiberglass, 2k primers, Aged and sanded OEM topcoats, Zinc-coated
steel, Wood, etc.

Procedure:
1. Completely remove the rust, oil dirt, old coatings and water from the surface; Keep substrate
clean before scraping.
2. The Super Putty and Hardener should be mixed well to get uniform color.
3.The mixture of Putty and hardener should be used up before gelling. If mixture begin to cure,
must stop applying.
4.Scrape the mixture of Putty and Hardener into the spot defects which will be filled and scrape
to evenness immediately.
5.In case of scraping thick coatings, it is preferable to apply in thin coatings for several times till
reaching the objective thickness.

Usage:
1.Remove the oil,rustoriginal paint film and water etc from surface completely, keep the painted surface clean & dry before scraping.
2.The putty and hardener should be mixed completely to achieve the uniformity of color(qeneral ratio is100:1.5-3 by weight),
and apply the mixture within pot life(3-8min),or it will gel.
3.Apply the mixed putty to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet in case of scraping of thick coat,
it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times till reaching the objective thickness.(Suggested maximum thickness is no more than 5mm).
